Located in Rogersville, Alabama, CS Fibers unites the experience of Custom Polymers, Inc., a plastics re-processor in Charlotte, NC and Custom Polymers PET, a post-consumer PET bottle recycler in Athens, AL. Led by veteran fiber specialists, CS Fibers matches decades of expertise with responsive service and support to make your manufacturing process easier.

We also strive for environmentally astute processes that strengthen our clients’ businesses, our communities and the Earth for decades to come.
Our Facility
Within our 80,000 square-foot facility, our 50 employees produce 40 million pounds of recycled poly staple fiber annually for a myriad of industrial uses. Because we believe in smart growth, we’re sized to expand to an additional 80 million pounds of capacity, with plans to increase our staff to 80 by 2019, making us the largest local employer.
